Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how ELVRA (“ELVRA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit elvra.net, use our website delivery platform, request a demo, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us with questions.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and limited information from service providers that help us operate the platform.

Account and contact information. When you create a portal account, request a demo, apply for a role, or email support, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, team size, job title, message content, and any files you voluntarily attach. If you become a customer, we may also store billing contact details and workspace membership information necessary to administer your subscription.

Project and content data. In the course of delivering websites, you or your team may upload brand assets, copy, configuration settings, domain records, integration credentials (where you choose to connect third-party tools), launch checklist status, and related project metadata. We process this data to provide the Services you requested and to support staging, review, and deploy workflows.

Usage and device data. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, approximate timestamps, and general interaction events within the marketing site and product interface. This helps us secure the Services, understand performance, and improve reliability.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functions (session management, security, load balancing) and, where permitted, for analytics that help us understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit certain features.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to: (a) provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; (b) respond to demo requests, support tickets, and sales inquiries; (c) authenticate users and protect accounts; (d) process transactions and send administrative notices such as security alerts or material service changes; (e) analyze product usage in aggregate form to improve workflows, documentation, and performance; (f) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and (g) comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer project content to train general-purpose public AI models. Assistive generation features, where enabled, operate within the product context you control and are subject to your workspace settings and agreements.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Services and as described below.

Service providers. We work with processors that provide hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, and payment processing. These providers are authorized to process personal information only on our instructions and are required to implement appropriate safeguards.

Integrations you enable. If you connect third-party platforms (for example CMS, analytics, or payment tools), we share the data necessary to complete those connections at your direction. Those third parties process information under their own policies.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ELVRA, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continuing confidentiality commitments where applicable.

With your consent. We may share information in other ways if you direct us to do so or provide consent.

4. International processing

ELVRA serves customers across regions. Personal information may be processed in regions where we or our providers operate. When we transfer information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law, such as contractual protections with providers, and we limit access to personnel who need the data to perform their roles.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Account data is generally retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Project assets and workspace data follow your plan and deletion requests, subject to backup cycles and legal holds. Marketing inquiry records may be retained to manage ongoing conversations and suppress duplicate outreach.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, monitoring, and employee training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong unique passwords, careful handling of API keys, and prompt notice if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or export certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

To exercise rights, email [email protected] with a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. If you are an end user of a customer workspace, we may redirect you to the customer who controls that workspace as the primary controller of that data.

8. Children’s privacy

The Services are designed for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Third-party links

Our marketing site and product may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.

11. Contact
