7-Day Easy Returns

We promise: Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange (some exclusions apply). We're committed to ensuring every customer has a satisfying shopping experience.

Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has quality issues (damage, stains, stitching problems, etc.)
  • Received item does not match order (wrong size, color, or style)
  • Product was damaged during shipping
  • Item is unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging attached

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in these cases:

  • Return request made after 7-day window
  • Item has been used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Tags have been removed or packaging is damaged
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or similar items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items not purchased from our website

Return Process

We will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we'll provide you with the return address and authorization number.

Ship Item Back

Pack the item with original packaging and tags, include the return authorization number, and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

Refund/Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to the original card, typically 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: Refund will be credited to your PayPal account, typically 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing time varies by payment provider, typically 5-14 business days
